1. Acceptance
By signing in or using WiseSEO, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
WiseSEO connects to your Google Search Console account, reads selected property data, and uses AI to generate weekly SEO insights such as keyword opportunities, content recommendations and technical flags.
3. Account requirements
You must have the legal right to access and analyse any Search Console property you connect. You may not use WiseSEO to access data you do not own or have permission to view.
4. Data and permissions
You grant WiseSEO permission to read your Search Console data for the properties you connect, and to store that data so we can generate reports. You can revoke this permission at any time by disconnecting a property or deleting your account.
5. Subscriptions and billing
WiseSEO may offer free and paid plans. Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
7. Limitation of liability
WiseSEO is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic increases or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you used a free plan.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where WiseSEO operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after the changes means you accept the updated terms.
