1. What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. With your explicit permission, we also read data from Google Search Console for the properties you choose to connect (for example: clicks, impressions, average position, queries and pages). We store a secure refresh token so we can pull this data on your behalf each week.

2. How we use your data

• Provide weekly SEO reports and dashboards.
• Generate keyword opportunities, content recommendations and technical flags.
• Send scheduled email reports if you enable them.
• Maintain and improve the service.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your Search Console data to train shared AI models.

3. Data sharing

We use Google APIs and an AI service (Anthropic Claude) to process your data. Your Search Console data is only sent to Claude to produce your personal report. We do not share data with any other third parties except as required to operate the service or comply with law.

4. Storage and security

Your data is stored in a secure database, separated by account, and protected by authentication and row-level access controls. Refresh tokens are encrypted at rest.

5. Your rights

You can disconnect a Search Console property, delete your account, or request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
